Our three guest rooms welcome our house guests as well as those gourmets who frequent the UNTERRAIN because of its unique cuisine. Not to mention the locals at the regulars’ table or at the bar through whom the beautiful land of Tyrol opens its heart to you in the UNTERRAIN. The inviting tables and chairs, which have been telling the story of the hotel for many years, also live on in the UNTERRAIN and are staged anew – just like the former farm oven, the bread sign, or the family photos of the founders. Go in search of clues and discover for yourself that the UNTERRAIN is indeed the oldest hotel in Sankt Jakob. We pay homage to what generations have created with much love and diligence. The elegant ensemble between old and new resounds through all the rooms of the FoKus. But in the parlours, you can truly feel the soul of UNTERRAIN.
